Educational Program
Our childcare service aims to offer your child a stimulating environment where they can develop all aspects of themselves. “Les Petits Écoliers de Chabanel Inc.” follows Québec’s official childcare educational program, “Welcoming Early Childhood”.
Through daily activities and routines, your child develops physically, motor-wise, linguistically, cognitively, socially, and emotionally. Learning occurs through games, songs, crafts, and various psychomotor activities — always at each child’s own pace.

Our Educational Philosophy
Our educational philosophy is based on values of self-respect and respect for others, sharing, cooperation, politeness, autonomy, experimentation, creativity, and a desire for knowledge.
We recognize parents as the primary educators of their children. Our role is to be a warm and attentive partner, supporting each child’s harmonious, holistic development and fullest potential. For us, parent collaboration and involvement are essential.
Activities & Development
Educational planning (activities) is organized each month according to the theme. Themes are displayed on the board on each floor of the daycare. Through activities and daily routines, your child develops cognitively, in language, in fine motor skills, in gross motor skills, and socially and emotionally. All of this is done respectfully, as each child learns at their own pace. Outdoor outings are mandatory, even if only for 15 minutes. Dressing up is considered a fine-motor activity that helps children develop autonomy. Please respect the posted activity schedules. If an educator wishes to make any change to the daily routine, they must inform the administration.
